Huskies are one of the few dogs that can pull off names that would sound wildly overdramatic on almost any other breed.
A Labrador named Thor? Maybe. A husky named Thor who screams at a leaf and then sprints in circles for no clear reason? Completely believable. That’s the fun of naming a husky. You can go icy and majestic, wolfy and wild, or lean into the fact that a lot of them are equal parts model and chaos gremlin.
So this list tries to do both. There are strong names, snowy names, pretty names, funny names, and a few that feel especially right for a dog who looks like it belongs in the Arctic but acts like it was raised by theater kids.
